HAVILAH TECHNOLOGIES

How we work

Assess, design, deliver, govern

Every engagement is a named workstream under a written SOW. We work in your warehouse and your git. We do not take unscoped seats.

How an engagement starts

Fit call, written SOW, delivery in your environment

  1. 01

    Fit call

Thirty minutes on your stack and the outcome you need. We tell you honestly if it is a fit.

  2. 02

    Written SOW

A named workstream under Havilah Technologies LLC. Scope, owners, and acceptance criteria.

  3. 03

    Delivery in your environment

Work lands in your warehouse and your git. Runbooks and handoff a program manager can accept.

Methodology

Assess → Design → Deliver → Govern

The same discipline whether we are standing up a pipeline, rebuilding dbt models, or governing a metric for close.

01

Assess

Evaluate current state — systems, grain, jobs, gaps, and risk — with findings leadership can act on.

02

Design

Target architecture, correction path, and success criteria aligned to the business decision the data must support.

03

Deliver

Implement in their repo and warehouse: pipelines, models, tests, and documentation to specification.

04

Govern

Leave controls, monitoring, and ownership so the work holds at close and when an agent is pointed at the mart.

Commercial shape

Written SOW. Named workstream.

Project delivery

Defined-scope engineering: pipelines, dbt models, Snowflake/AWS work, migrations, and transformation programs with a written SOW.

Managed partnership

Ongoing stewardship — new models, pipeline operations, or a metric family. Named hours and deliverables.

Subcontract & teaming

We join a prime or partner on a data workstream. Havilah Technologies LLC is the contracting entity.

Contested Metric Diagnostic

When the work is a number fight: one metric, two artifacts, about ten business days. Ruling, evidence SQL, ranked changes.

Stack

Snowflake, dbt, Python, SQL, AWS — used as engineering.

  • Snowflake
  • dbt
  • Python
  • SQL
  • AWS
  • CDC / ELT
  • Orchestration
  • BI grain
  • AI-ready marts

Your cloud and your repo

We work inside the client security boundary. We do not take a copy of production home.

Scoped professional services

Named workstreams with a written SOW. Not an unscoped seat on Slack.

Handoff that holds

Tests, documentation, and named owners so the work survives close and the next engineer.

The statement of work

What the SOW contains

  • The workstream and the outcome.
  • Named owners on both sides.
  • Acceptance criteria.
  • The environment: your warehouse and your git.
  • A single fee for that scope.

At the end

What you own

  • The code in your repository.
  • Tests and documentation.
  • A runbook and named owners.
  • The decision of what an agent may quote, when that is in scope.

Questions

Access, security, and price

What access do you need?
The warehouse, the repository, and the two artifacts when the work is a disputed metric. Access stays inside your boundary.
Where does the data go?
It stays in your cloud and your git. We do not take a copy of production home.
How is the work priced?
A single number in the statement of work for a defined scope. Rates are not published on this site.
